« WORLD SERIES & WORLD FINALS » ORGANIZZATE DALL’ASSOCIAZIONE AMERICANA IJSBA

Round 2: “WORDL GRAND PRIX” (Vichy – France) the Monegasque rider took 2nd place in the AMATEUR WOMAN SKI STOCK category following the disqualification of the Japanese rider, enabling Lisa to maintain her 1st place in the overall standings at the end of this 2nd French round.

Despite low participation in this category, with just three riders, the Japanese rider will not be taking part in the American event at Lake Havasu, probably due to her disqualification in France.

Round 3: “WORLD FINALS” (Lake Havasu – USA) Monaco jet ski racer Lisa CAUSSIN-BATTAGLIA is competing in the World Series in 2 categories: AMATEUR WOMAN SKI STOCK & NOVICE SKI STOCK.

The AMATEUR WOMEN SKI STOCK category: the Finnish pilot won this event, while the Monegasque was ranked P2 after three hard-fought heats, with five additional pilots from the USA not taking part in the WORLD SERIES. The Finnish driver takes 1st place in this championship ahead of the Monaco driver before the final WOLRD CUP event in Thailand in December.

In the NOVICE SKI STOCK category, the Monaco driver finished P11, just behind the Estonian. Lisa remains 2nd in the overall World Series standings, despite the large number of participants in the USA in this category, with only the Estonian and the Monegasque taking part in all the events in this championship (subject to confirmation).
The Monegasque, who travelled with her usual accompanist, learned to take part in 2 additional events that were not on their program: PRO-AM WOMAN SKI STOCK and SLALOM SKI, where she placed P2 and P7 in the World Finals.

The rest of this international championship will be held in Thailand at the end of the year, with the MC rider coming 2nd in both categories: AMATEUR WOMAN SKI STOCK and NOVICE SKI STOCK.

Round 4: will be decisive for the title of “World Series” champion, as she must finish ahead of her direct rivals, the Estonian in the Novice category and the Finn in the Amateur category.

Let’s not forget the last round of the UIM World Championship (official) in Indonesia next November, when the Monegasque will have her work cut out to climb back up the overall rankings, currently P11 in this UIM World Championship.
